We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our merchants get the most value from Kopaduka. You'll be the primary point of contact for our key merchants, helping them grow their businesses.
What You'll Do
Onboard new merchants and ensure successful adoption
Build strong relationships with key merchant accounts
Identify opportunities for merchants to grow their credit offerings
Resolve merchant issues and escalate when necessary
Gather feedback to improve our product
Track and report on merchant health metrics
Requirements
3+ years in customer success or account management
Experience working with SMB customers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
