• Treat customers fairly and transparently
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Repay credit according to agreed terms
• Notify merchants of any payment difficulties promptly
• Not provide false information to obtain credit

6. Fees and Payments

Kopaduka charges transaction fees as specified in our pricing page. Fees are subject to change with notice. All payments must be made through approved payment methods on our platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Upload malicious content or software
• Engage in money laundering or fraud

8. Limitation of Liability

Kopaduka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
