Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Flutter developer to build and maintain our mobile applications. Our apps are critical to how merchants and customers interact with Kopaduka, and you'll play a key role in making them great.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android
• Implement new features based on product requirements
• Optimize app performance and user experience
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API integration
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

• 3+ years of mobile development experience
• Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart
• Experience with state management (Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs
• Experience with app store deployment
• Strong problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with native iOS or Android development
• Knowledge of fintech or payment applications
• Experience with KCB M-Pesa integration
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile apps
